Customer Reviews
Cute and fun, but limited

This game is cute - the animated coach and background music are kind of fun. The pedometer included was a great idea, but the clip broke off within a week of normal wear. Also, the selection of foods to choose from is very limited - serving sizes cannot be changed, so if you only ate 1/2, there is no way to change it. You cannot add your own foods and there are no ethnic choices. Also, it does not take into account which foods you ate, only calorie totals. If you eat nothing but chocolate bars but meet calorie requirements, you get rewarded - no balance of food groups at all.
Another downside - if you turn off your DS, your food entries will be deleted so you have to write it all down (pointless if you are trying to track using the game) or remember everything at the end of the day - I always forget snacks etc.
This game would probably be good for a person unfamiliar with dieting/nutrition who wants a place to start, and a quick method of tracking. I found it too simple for nutrition, but for motivation and fun, it is not bad. The milestones to work towards are one of the better features
