Description
Advance Wars 2--a sequel to possibly the best game ever for the Game Boy Advance--is finally here; it's exactly the same as it was before, and for once that's a really good thing.
A turn-based strategy game of the type that PC owners regularly use to send their children to sleep, Advance Wars 2 should by rights be just as dull; but a combination of slick presentation and an insistence on keeping the rules simple and the unit types and map sizes to a minimum means it's actually one of the most insanely addictive games since Tetris. Manipulating armies of tanks, battleships and air-force bombers has never been so much fun.
As noted, there's nothing very different about this sequel except for a few new enemy-fixed gun emplacements and one new unit, the slightly dull neotank. Perhaps the most significant change is that the COs (the commanding officers who act as personification of either side in the battle) now have two levels of special ability, which ups the tactical considerations of the game a notch.
The full-featured map designer is also maintained from the previous iteration, as is the facility for two players to compete against each other using the same console and cartridge, or for four to gang up using a Game Link cable. It is, in short, one of the best things ever. --David Jenkins

Great ...Great....Great!

A Fanstatic game...I love it!A lot of customization are possible.I am a deep fan and a good strategian and i notice a little thing: The difficulty lvl! Some maps are so easy and other so hard....i'm might be talking about the 2 last maps in the campaing( Black hole Country) The first mission is really easy with a good strategy but the last one is terrifying! Really big,too big contrast...I notice that you can have others co so much easily and that put more fun.On avance wars 1 , its really complicate to get others co's,except ¸Kanbei.
Else it is...........DYNAMITE!
Excellent Game

Ive owned this game for over a year now, and i still havent finished it. There is so much to do in this game. You start the game with a campaign mode that alone takes a while to beat, then, after youve cleared it, there is a hard campaign. Aside from that, there is all the maps in the war room, and the option to create your own maps. The gameplay is really addictive, you wont be able to put it down. The game is also suprisingly a real challenge. Buy this game now, you wont regret it.

Advance Wars 2 - Black Hole Rising

I got this game about a week or so ago and I can't put it down. Being a fan of Advance Wars 1, I had to get it. It offers so much more than the first game, with the ability to customise CO.s, 4 campaigns to complete and more units and objects. This, I would say it is the best game boy game i've ever played!
Wonderful- A true Classic

This game was recommended by several of my friends. I had no idea what it was until I played it around eight times. I was instantly impressed. A wonderful game. I've beat it and Hard Mode on it. I've never seen anything like it. The four factions in the game could have better names though.
